Selborne WI meet in the Village Hall on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7.30pm. We are a small but friendly and enthusiastic group and a very warm welcome is always extended to visitors and new members.
We have very enjoyable meetings with interesting and informative speakers on a wide range of subjects. We have at least one outing a year chosen by our members and are often involved in a variety of other pursuits.
We actively take part in local and county events and participate at national meetings. We are always happy to arrange lifts.
We are part of the Austen Group which comprises Selborne, Farringdon, Chawton, Four Marks, Roedowns and Medstead. We have two group meetings a year and a Carol Service not forgetting friendly skittles matches and quizzes.
We debate many topical issues of local and national importance and are passionate about our village community. Fun, enjoyment and friendship always remain on our agenda.
