LITTLETON & HARESTOCK WI
Welcome to Littleton & Harestock WI. We meet at Littleton Millennium Memorial Hall on the first Tuesday of every month. We currently have 50+ members. We are a friendly group of ladies and you do not have to be able to make jam or cakes or to excel in any type of craft to join us. We would be happy to welcome you whatever your interests.
At monthly meetings we have a varied mix of interesting speakers and demonstrations. We also have sub groups for: Bridge, Mah Jong, Craft, Book Group & Scrabble. We also join in activities organized by the County Federation and the Winchester Group, as well as those organized within our own WI. We organize outings to places of interest, and have regular visits to the theatre, either at the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton or to the Salisbury Playhouse. An informal Coffee Club meets once a month, all members are invited to join if they wish. Our Bridge, Craft, Darts, Reading, Scrabble and Mah Jong groups meet regularly and our Drama Group entertains us during the year. We are now back to having are meetings in the Hall rather than by ZOOM which we did during COVID so that we could keep in touch with the members.
