HCFWI AGM Featuring Ben Fogle
As you are all aware we are unable to hold our Spring Council meeting and AGM at the Guildhall in Portsmouth as planned.
We are delighted to let you know we have organised a Live Event for the 23rd September at 2pm to host the HCFWI AGM and our guest Speaker, Ben Fogle.
Tickets for this event will be £9.00 – for those of you who purchased a ticket, the remaining balance will be rolled over as a credit to the Spring Council meeting on 23 March 2021.
A link will be sent to you before the event by email and you simply click on the link and watch on any device which has speakers (laptop/iPad/phone)
This event can host every member of our Federation so please let everyone know, as they can still apply for a ticket @ £9.00 by emailing secretary@hampshirewi.org.uk
We realise it will not be the same as seeing Ben Fogle in person but the event is set up to make it very easy for everyone to view and it will be just like watching the television.
If we don’t hear back from you we will assume you will be viewing this live event and your Treasurer will be sent the link to forward to the ladies who had already purchased a ticket.
As the event does not incorporate voting, Delegates will need to send in a proxy vote and will be written to separately and sent the link directly.
