Otterbourne WI is a very friendly WI with approximately 82 members, and meets at 1.45pm on the first Thursday of each month in Otterbourne Village Hall, Cranbourne Drive, SO21 2ES.
Apart from the monthly meetings, we organise coach outings and activities such as skittles and quiz evenings, book club group, tai chi classes, walking group, lunch group, theatre trips and an annual Strawberry Tea, Ploughman and Harvest Lunch.
Our Craft Group meets on most Thursdays when there is no main meeting to have a chat whilst pursuing craft-related hobbies. There are occasional tuition sessions encompassing such topics as Dorset buttons, Somerset quilting, tote bags and box making etc.
Each member receives a posy on the month of their birthday.
