Smell those lovely roses at Mottisfont
We are a very friendly WI, who enjoy eleven meetings a year on the third Monday of the month, but not August. We are part of the Winchester Group of WIs and enjoy extra events organised through the Group. Not only do we enjoy our meetings, with excellent speakers, but we have a thriving book group, a knit and natter group as well as enjoying occasional craft sessions. Most months there is a Coffee Morning to get to other members and there is a Craft Afternoon, held at St Marks Church on a Monday Afternoon, see below for dates. All these events are because they interest us, but we are always happy to arrange more to suit members’ interests.
Instead of a meeting in the hall, there will be a visit to The Deane House, Sparsholt for the July meeting.
Olivers Battery members and supporters (See picture below) helped with stewarding for the Winchester Half Marathon on 25 September 2017.
Monthly meetings are held at St Peter’s Primary School, Olivers Battery Road North, SO22 4JB at 7.45pm.
